We are back! Covid-19 slowed us down but did not stop us. Feel assured, as the tournament did not take place, the Burn Education and Prevention Program continued its great work.
As presenting corporate sponsors, PacifiCorp, IBEW Local 125, Portland General Electric OPEIU Local 11, Advantis Credit Union and Northwest Natural Gas, are excited to invite you to be part of the 25th Annual Benefit Golf Classic, benefiting the Oregon Burn Center’s Burn Education and Prevention Program. We hope you will join us in our efforts to prevent serious Burn injuries throughout our community by becoming a sponsor of this fun and important event.
As the only facility of its kind between Seattle and Sacramento, the Oregon Burn Center at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center treated over 400 Burn survivors from across Oregon and Southwestern Washington last year. A high percentage of patients cared for at the Burn Center are from industries with staff that have been seriously burned on the job. Your sponsorship of this tournament will help the Burn team prevent Burns through education and outreach, as well as train medical staff in Burn treatment to minimize injury for each Burn survivor. Our goal is to save one person from the devastation of serious Burns, and with your help, we can achieve it.
The 25th annual tournament will be held June 25, 2022 at Indian Creek Golf Course, in Hood River, OR. Thanks to the generosity we receive from the community, the Benefit Golf Classic has donated over $1,350,000.00 to the Oregon Burn Center since its inception! With your help this year, we will again donate at least $50,000 to support the critical work of the Oregon Burn Center. Please note that 100% of all dollars donated go directly to the Burn Center. The Golf Tournament is self-supporting.
Attached is the sponsorship brochure for your consideration. Please mark your selection and mail to Larry Browning at 9009 SE Adams, P.O. Box 3055, Clackamas, OR 97015. If you have any questions, call Larry Browning at 503-849-4302. Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely
